Burglaries in Killamarsh

There have been several reports of burglaries in Killamarsh in the early hours of Thursday 18th December between 2 and 4:30 am.

Spooner Drive
Simcrest Avenue
Birch Close
Rotherham Road

Suspects have gained access round the back of the properties and have gained entry via rear patio doors, french doors and conservatory.

Entry has been gained by drilling locks, snapping locks.

We are appealing for any CCTV that may have captured anyone acting suspicious.

This incident highlights the role of Safer Neighbourhood Policing in deterring, preventing and detecting crime, working in partnership with the local community.

Officers continue to patrol the area regularly both in marked and unmarked vehicles, to help keep our neighbourhoods safe.
